The Crux
I have two memorable events the first was when I looked down from on top of the stair case and was scared because it was so high. My second event was when I talked to one of the people from R.A.T (remote, access, technologies). The way I was challenged personally was when I climbed to the top of the stairs because I have a fear of heights. I succeeded by climbing to the top of the stairs and conquering my fear of heights. On the first day we went I belayed Vittorio and he belayed me. That a proper knot is important and can save your life. My trip to the Crux was good.

My most memorable event was when I almost lost my disk. I spent 3 minuets trying to find my disk. I tried to throw it far as i possibly could. I got a Basket in three. Well Jakes dads frisbey got lost so we all tried to find it but i didn't find it. That A home frisbey on a Pro course that it is bad. And I also learned that the Frisbey is hard to find in the snow.

C.O.P Team Building
My most memorable time at C.O.P was the trust fall. It's scary and fun at the same time. It felt like I was falling on a cloud.
I was challenged the most at the climbing wall, when I tried to lift someone who was bigger than me.
I actually did not succeed in bringing him over the wall by myself. I did however, succeed in lifting him with "help" on a second attempt.
I helped someone else by being part of a team, lifting a person through the "Burning Tire". This was really hard because we were either not allowed to talk or not allowed to use our arms. We were told which one we could not use, and I was given no voice.
I learned that its hard working as a team, especially if you can't talk or use your arms. I also learned that there are other ways to communicate and sometimes you have to think outside the box to do that. These are lessons I will remember forever.
